To request account or data deletion, contact RosenRich.ai at support@rosenrich.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting an account, especially for student, parent, teacher, or school-linked records.
How To Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@rosenrich.ai using the email address connected to your RosenRich.ai account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your full name, account email or phone number, role, and school or institution name if applicable.
- If you are requesting deletion for a student account, include your relationship to the student so we can verify authority.
Data We Delete
- Account profile details such as name, email address, phone number, role, and login access.
- Parent, student, teacher, or institution links controlled by the requesting account where deletion is permitted.
- App activity, support records, notification tokens, and personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service.
Data We May Keep
- Records that a school or institution is legally or operationally required to keep.
- Security, fraud prevention, billing, audit, or legal records that must be retained for a limited period.
- Backups and system logs until they expire through normal retention cycles.
Deletion requests are reviewed after verification.
After we receive a valid deletion request, we will review it and process eligible account and personal data deletion within a reasonable period. Some records may need to be handled through the connected school or institution that controls the education relationship.
If we cannot delete certain information immediately because of legal, security, audit, school record, or operational requirements, we will explain the reason and keep the information only as long as required.
